What do you mean by "brake light wiring"?

Surely you could spur off the ordinary brake lights? Anyway, what sort of idiot company would provide wiring for a spoiler-mounted brake light, when there isn't even a frigging spoiler?

Or do I have the wrong end of your - admittedly blurred - stick?

I appreciate that, Dannyboy, but there seems no logic to his questions. It's like me saying, I've bought this unmodernised 1930's house, but there seems to be no wiring for broadband or digital TV.

no spoiler at all m8 and all im saying about the wiring is i thought subaru would have kept the wiring the same as all uk specs of that time i wish i had not mentioned the wiring.Only mentioned it because its another difference compared to other uk spec scoobs of that year

I reiterate: Why would there be wiring for a spoiler-mounted brake light, when there isn't even a spoiler?
