The car is Bugeye's STi 2001 JDM Import

When I turn on the ignition switch "check engine" light doesn't illuminates and I wondering if someone can switch it off or can someone disabled the light intentionally to hide a problem ?

I've removed the cluster and found the bulb for the "check engine" light.

But the bulb is a LED's type lamp which is soldered on PCB which cannot tested by using low continuity tester.

So no luck there.
