Can you drop a classic WRX box into a classic

Quick question.
Classic WRX boxes have shorter ratios that Uk classics? Am I correct?
Could I drop a classic WRX box into a UK Classic?

think you may have to do the diffs aswell mate not 100% on this tho

you can but either need to fit the matching rear diff, or swap the front CWP and centre for the UK versions.................
