Smile Range rover sport

well after dreaming of rr sport and 911s for the last few months ive gone and done it and put a deposit on the rr sport ,id love the 911 but it couldent beat the day to day use of the rr and im 40 in 3 years time so will save the 911 for the midlife crisis

Has anyone had or got a sport and how are you finding it ? any regrets

my dad was looking into the rr sport,

we got talking to the dealer and he said of all the interest they were getting from normal rr owners, he also told us thet they are based on the discovery and the interior bar a few bells and whistles, and to watch the 2nd hand market due to the amount that would hit it, due to the fact they weren't as luxurious as the real rr. for my dad(big fellow) they were also kinda small.

we have had a few in work now, and i must say i love the look, its a shame the orange was only very limited eddition

they look very nice, but rr have always had problems, even the new ones,
and rr have a problem with there silvers, they cant seem to paint them at the factory, when my dad complained they said, well it is classed as a comercial vehicle sir the cheek 60 bloody grand!!!!

which model/colour did you opt for??????

I'd have one if I had the cash.

Most of those that take a pop at them will simply never be in a position to have one.

im hoping the sport will hold up its value a little better than a standard rr.
i dont know if it has the same feel as the big rr but it still feels great that feeling you get from somthing a littlle speacial /sp/

Cheers jake i will check it over in the end i went for the silver with black leather i like the black with cream leather but i fancy something easy to live with i pick it up in a week once the tints have been fitted , cant wait

They are nice but I would have a Discovery over an RR Sport.

Think I prefer the styling, not necessarily the 7 seats, it's a lot cheaper and I still find the RR Sport quite a hard car to classify as it's a hybrid of the Discovery and the Range Rover. I think the Discovery 3's image is slightly better.

i like the disco and the idea of 7 seats but dident like the back end just seemed like it wasent finished off or rushed in design

also i like the image of the rr sport its a bit like the scooby image...a pikey doing well sort of thing

you tell me http://pictures.autotrader.co.uk/ATD...a?id=458224314
not mine but you get the idea

for me its the looks and dare i say it , it drives more car like , a little more "sporty" than the bigger rr wich i also love

i also drive 150 miles to blackpool every week with 5 in the car so the little bit more economy came into it aswell
