My brother in laws, girlfriend's mums just paid a massive deposit for a new merc maclarren SLR....me thinks ill get aquainted more with their family!... lol
puts their bently to shame lol.
anyone driven one?

However the Carrera GT is undoubtedly one of THE great supercars, with one of the finest engines ever to go in a production roadcar, and near racecar dynamics.

Porsche CGT too tame 
That car will bite your head off. Some stupid bint is actually suing porsche saying that the car is too wild and hence "undriveable" because her hubby killed himself on the track in it.

Go read the website link where you read that, and then post back the real story of events. It strikes me you read something, post it as fact, but in reality you have forgotten half the story and filled in the blanks with rubbish.

I think it works.
Only SLR I've seen outside a motorshow was in Bond Street. Looked all right in black at night, doing 5mph between designer shops.
