As Andy M3 says, DervDoctor is the guy when it comes to pug diesels!

I think the they tune easily enough to 110bhp before you need to start spending more $$ iirc. Have seen a few older mechanical dturbos with fmic's running 150bhp+

The HDi's are even more tunable arnt they? tuning stick? I remember there was a 180bhp one around.

Peugeot GTI Autosport club is the one to have a look at!

Try scooting it along with your foot out of the door

Seriously, the best links are above.

When I had mine I had only a 57i [back in da days] and I used to change the paper fuel filter about every 3k miles. Have you done this recently? I used bung a load of redex down there at the same time and after a bit of smoke it would go like stink and purr like a kitten

Usual sensible comment from me. Be very careful what you do to a 10 yr old Peugeot. They are not bombproof and overdoing the mods could be a lot more expensive than just the initial upgrade work. Good luck.

Yeah true. I won't over do it...

Car has been well looked after and i've just done cambelt/water pump. Seems to go well. Just want it to go better!

The 1.9 turbo diesel from Peugeot is renown for putting rods through the block even in standard trim so be warned. I have probably turned out to 30 or more over the years on a 5 mile stretch of the m6 where I work for that problem..
