What cams?
If Sti v3 or younger i would guess about 380/400 as the 20g will only deliver that much. (1.5 or 1.6 bar max)
And of course a good map...and Vmax + booster.

What year of car is it, if it's a pre-97 classic (assuming it is based on the head choice) then you will need a different MAF as the early ones max out at at around 330bhp, Nissan Z32 MAF is a direct physical swap with just 4 wires to connect. Also it is a supported MAF option in the PowerFC.

Also assuming with those heads you will have at most a 7500rpm rev limit, I'm not sure the 20G is the best choice turbo wise.

Another consideration is boost control, the powerFC boost control is good, but limited, you may want to consider an AVC-R for the boost profiling and gear based duty to get the most out of your setup.

The MAF is off a Nissan 300ZX, do a search on here as I (and others) have posted the full part number recently, they come up on ebay from time to time.

Having said that, if it is a pure hillclimb car then maybe eliminate the MAF completely, but that would depend on who is mapping your car.

Others are better placed than me to recommend a turbo, but, in my experience the TD05/06-18G is better than the 20G on 2.0 with that kind of rev limit, maybe even the TD05-Big16G.
