Default Installing a turbo

I have a non turbo EJ20 motor and want to turbo it, what mods do i need to do the motor and how much can I boost with witch Turbo. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think you are better off buying a turbo'd engine m8 as there is quite a lot that goes into it including the ECU

agreed, buy a turboed engine and ecu, it will be MUCH cheaper in the long run.

Thanks for the advice guys, now comes the next question. My car has a piggyback chip and getting the turbo module is not a problem. If I buy the EJ20 Turbo motor will everything plug straight in or are there still mods you have to do?

I think you would need a turbo loom and the ecu. Like others have said just buy a turbo, its cheaper and its already done for you
