He went to jail to save Sean but Sean hadn't told Louise. After being refused £100,000 from Sean, Warren had him attacked with a baseball bat, hospitalising Sean. He was willing to forgot about the £100,000 from Sean in exchange for a night with Sean's wife, Louise. In the end though Louise told Sean that the only way to settle the debt would be to give Warren Evissa and so he did, so Warren is now co- owner along with Louise.
