Default Where to find this mesh grill?

Hi,
I'm from the USA and I found someone who posted on the NASIOC.com board with this picture

I haven't had luck finding a US vendor that has a mesh grill exactly like the one pictured and was wondering if you guys had one.

Thanks
Andrew

I don't think it's the Scott Lowe - I'm pretty sure it is the WR1 and therefore available from Subaru dealers in the UK (no doubt Nathan will be along to confirm).

Well I purchased the Scott Lowe so I hope everything looks perfect! I really like the grills that form around the opening instead of fitting inside them.

Thanks for the help

A mate of mine makes them, or should I say used to, I'll have a word with him in the morning to see if he's going to make them again, if not, I'll nick his jigs and make them myself.

BTW He (Betts) has a jig for newage, and I made a jig for classics

I'm thinking about changing my order. The car I pictured has a more functional mesh while the Scott Lowe is almost just for large object protection. Can you find me the grille I pictured. I've checked prodrive sites out but haven't had any luck with 03+ STis.

It turns out that I'm not getting the 03+ Subaru, but the new one. Are there mesh grilles for the new body style?

SUBARU UK Lower Mesh Grille

But picture is Cr4p

Try Email Prodrive prodrive USA

or no response try prodrive UK either ask for Mike Wood or Nick Wadeson (both post on here) They are normally very good at assisting peeps from USA (and UK of course)

I assume the ones you after are like these

Subaru impreza Mesh front Grill (new shape 2006)

Or these on this site

Revolution

just like these two. silver if possible. i emailed prodrive and am waiting a response. is this a dealer option? does it wrap around the STi logo by any chance?

IIRC the Prodrive one is only bottom one and Silver.

The subaru Uk site is a bit unclear what your getting

The Ebay one is Subaru main Dealer and reckons it's a Genuine part It replaces all 4 (3 top 1 bottom) in silver.

IIRC The Sti logo has pegs with One-way clips that hold it in place. can be removed and re-fitted to new Grill.

Hope this helps

Tony
