As a few of you are aware, I had a set of four ZZ1s fitted to my WRX a few weeks ago....

I have just spoken to the supplier, they have agreed a FULL refund on the tyres, they have also agreed to pay for the fitting/balancing/valves etc on my new Bridgestone RE010's.

The tyres were so bad, I span at about 15/20mph on a slow corner, smacked into the kerd on the other side of the road..... I was not impressed! I faxed the garage the http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/thread.asp?ThreadID=32629 thread, they called back after ten mins of discussion with Avon..... full refund

Nice result , I didn't realise how bad they were until it was too late .

 

I had them on my Clio Williams 3 (before I bought the Scoob) after a set of Bridgestone S02's....

Worst mistake I ever made - they are nasty.

Worst tyres around they made my integrale a death trap - no grip, sudden breakaway: like driving on ice. Never ever met a satisfied customer.

i did exactly the same as you and the tyre mob i got them from gave me a full refund against a set of yokos thats why when getting a set of tyres allways check on scoobynet first

LMWRX, I can see we are going to have to do this on track

Give me some time at the begining of next year to get some decent brakes..... we can then see who is the 'slow driver'
