Piccies from brands today
Here are a few pics of today's meeting at Brands. If anyone objects to having a pic of their car published, please say and I'll remove it.
Some of the cars as they assemble early this morning
A couple of P1's waiting for some action
Blue is the colour
Ready for the Off
Away on the familiarisation laps
Givin' it some welly
My P1WR (with the exception of the overpriced seats), sorry guys, but that's where it stayed all day.
Pitlane action.
Outside the cossie killer
Scoobysport's fire breathing dragon!
P1's proved popular today

Nice pictures Kurt (that's me with my back to the camera in picture 5 (blue top) looking down the pitlane
)
Never seen so many Scooby's at the same time. There must have been 70 or 80 cars of every type and special edition. Think I counted at least 4 22Bs and close to a dozen P1s.
Oh yeah and a couple of fire breathing Evo's, an Elise and a fabulous Exige (which for a RWD 1.8 was doing rather well in the wet conditions, er.. until the close inspection of the tyre wall - hope that doesn't prove to be too expensive Simon
).
Great stuff!!
Cheers
Chris

I think you meant one of those BIG metal plates like you see on Novas......

He says, looking out of the window at two PROPER exhausts (all this praise of you lately, can't you tell we're building up for a visit to spend some money with a BIG discount please!!)

Judging by the sinjing my eyebrows got when following your flame throwing beast I think you should speak to Nasa about your next Mod.
In fact they may want to speak to you about sorting the engine of there next shuttle

Good to see that the black beast made it into the photos, skulking away in the background. Probably due to the fact that it wanted to be on track with it's fellow wagons kicking four door butt! Maybe next time!
Did have a great day, better than expected, it being my first track day and all.
Food was pretty good as well.
I *will* be doing a track day, BH forced me to re-evaluate my ideas about track days.
Good to see you all, was nice to meet some of you who I've spoken to but never met.
Roll on the next one!
