Default Fog Covers Help!

Ok, bought these off ebay and bit bemused how to fit - am I missing a bracket or something?

I'm assuming the screw on the back is meant to go into the existing fog light screwhole - but is nowhere near?

Also there is no hole for the bottom clip to go into?

Blinking ebay - or I am just being a numptie?

Any help mucho appreciated!

(And yes this probably should be in Styling but thought I'd have more of a response here)

There should be a plasric "claw" which mounts to your fog mounts, then the cover should attach to that. You've obviously just been sold the covers without the mounts. Scour fleabay for some, pop into your local dealer and ask if they can source a pair for you, or ask a Subaru breakers or specialist (scoobyclinic?).

Thought as much - bugger!

What about the bottom clip - there is no hole for it?

Oh and anyone got a bracket?

I have tried GradeA, Jap Performance Parts and Subaru main dealer - nothing.

Trawled Ebay and the Net - nothing.

Anyone know where I can get the mounting bracket for these???

Mine came with a small angled bracket, screwed the bottom part down into the recese and then screwed into the bracket, I'll see i can take some photos for ya

Ignore the 1 million dead fly's.

You should be able to pick up some brackets from either Halfords or B&Q etc for about £1

The bracket it looks like I am missing is on Richiewongs second pic, ta Richie.

Dannyboy - thats another option, nice one might try that.

Hadn't thought about a plain old long screw!!
