They are going to pay though.
Cant you just accept a late cheque and get on with it? Even if it doesnt clear before you go on holiday, it will clear when your out there and you can draw the cash out over there??

some times you just have to bite the bullet on ebay.most people are fair but sometimes you'll just have to deal with a tosser.i think if you get 3 neg feedback in a row you will be suspended,so i'd be carefull with this e-bayer.i would let them pay as they have stated and get a mate to mail the items while your off on hols for you and dont leave any feedback till they have left you some.

you can't specify your own payment terms can you? When you buy something on ebay you have 30 days to make payment as far as I'm aware. The only way you can make people pay quicker is to list as "buy it now immediate payment required".
I think you will just have to wait unfortunately.

You dont get a bad score x 4 on items from the same seller.
only 1 "bad vote" goes towards your score.
If it were me I'd say shove your late cheque as you didn't stick to T&C's
Stop worrying about your own perfect score and shop the *******s so they think twice next time they try it on.
Obvoiusly you will get 1 bad rep, but you can follow it up with "dont stick to the T&C's and you dont get the item"
Everyone knows where they stand when they read your feedback then.

There are plenty of timewasters on ebay. Personally in this situation I would just put up with the delay, as the alternative is to get the negative feedback and have to relist anyway. But if they leave feedback for you before you've done it to them, I would neg them.
