If stationary is slow, is going backwards even slower?

Today I reversed (on a private road) at 15 mph (& yes the speedo does work in reverse!)

Presuming that fastest speed is forwards, does reverse constitute a negative speed which if pushed far enough will ultimately result in backwards time travel. Therefore backwards time travel could be regarded as the ultimate slow speed!

Sorry to be picky, but you asked for the slowest speed, which makes 0mph the winner, if you had asked about velocity then backwards would have won.

miggs - just to confirm for the record, this speed was recorded on a private, unadopted road, with safety marshalls & clear visibility of at least 3 miles.

Oh, one last thing I forgot to mention that I was blindfolded.

I did about 50mph on a lightly-trafficked motorway (space-saver tyre). I reckon I got about 35mpg. See, a Scoob can be economical
