Iknow you can take the orange bit out of headlight,BUT HOW????

alternative (and safer option to the oven!o use a hairdryer on the mastic holding the lens together

Was thinking about doing this next. Can you change the headlight bulbs while i'm in there? I find the dipped and main are quite dull. Wanted to improve both.

Any recommendations for this?

I fitted some +30% dipped and +50% fulls, but TBH I couldn't see much difference. If I ever get 'round to changing bulbs again I'll get some illegal 100/130W and get the looms and relays uprated to suit. The headlights in new-ages are pretty good compared to classics, so I wouldn't bother.

yes the bulbs can be chaged but not sure of the different types. Mine is a JDM so came with HID's - the difference is awesome compared to uk spec lights - well worth a look if you can get them
