I was of the same opinion a while back i.e he was a troll . I am now in the other camp but to newbies he may come across as a dober initially. Having said this, young Pete does have "attention *****" attributes and deep down has a secret desire to mod his car to death If he says otherwise then add denial issues to his character

So in the meantime we'll sit back and laugh at him, with him and take what he says with a pinch of salt.

I like the coffee flavoured chocolates, but I seldom like what mr.Lewis has to say on this board. He lost what little credability he had when he implied he'd be attending the NBO this year, and then backed out, despite the fact that his attendance would raise lots of extra money for the charity on the day.
I've also in the past had cause to pm him over comments he's made, and he always retorts with a personal attack, making wild assumptions and being very nasty too. He comes across as a spoilt child to me, who has just the one view of life, HIS VIEW, and no-one else's matters.
I don't so much "take his comments with a pinch of salt", but ignore them completly. He was on my ignore list for a while, the only time I've ever used it, but came off as everyone has to quote him in replies

People expect trolls on forums, it's part 'n' parcel of most forum's. However personally I find Pete to be abusive, rude and worse of all, mis-informed.

I don't like to respond to his comments because it's like adding fuel to the fire, however he is such an obnoxious **** that it's difficult to remain quiet.

Pete may revel in his 'notoriety' but I find it quite sad that someone can sit at their home PC and pick holes in people's grammar, opinions, questions, etc.

If I want to read immature literature, I'll read my 4 year old sons attempts at plagiarising Postman Pat.

Opinons that are totally wrong most of the time! This fourm has the problem of "everyone knows best" because.........

One example:- oilman says you have to put oil in your car that cost's £60 a gallon, because it's the"best"
Oilman makes £40 a gallon out of the run of the mill poster on here! lol
If anyone questions this they get pounced on BIG TIME!

But in any subaru owners manual it states 10/50 or 15/40 etc.... Available from any motor factors for £20 a gallon......
So why does someone like pete get such a hard time for stating the facts?
