has anyone ever brought dodgey fuel and it has made there car play up? if so can you get it sorted through the garage you purchased from?

 

i got some crap diesel in my c5 a few months ago and when i phoned to complain all i got was prove it !!!! so i wouldnt waste my time mate just dont go back and warn your mates !

 

well depends on the damage. I mean if it costs you an engine and you have a dealer to back you up, it can be proved with tests, but its a lot of hard work and risky if you lose.

Saying that if its gonna cost you 5k for a new p1 engine... (lets say) then its worth a go

 

when I got my sti the man I bought it off said that if it has regular unleaded in it then it could damage it so use optimax or excellium(the dearest petrol!!!!)
