The car runs fine, however on idle it sometimes hunts between 750 and 0 to stall.

Its been in to the dealer twice now, first time they cleaned the MAF, been in again today, they changed the idle speed control valve. Picked it up tonight, 1 mile down the road in traffic back to its tricks, stalled 3 times in 15 minutes

Its going back in next week, has anyone suffered similar problems?

One of our mems has an STi4 - it did exactly what yours is doing - it was his O2 sensor (lambda in UK speak?).

Just spoken to my dealer again, the car also has a weird high pitched squeak when driving, they think it could be a leak on the intercooler now..thats whats making the noise and causing the poor idle.

Oh well..
