STi Strut Brace
Yes, AFAIK. Slightly pointless exercise though unless you have seriously stiffened up other areas of the suspension as the chassis is so rigid on new-age Scoobs you'll hardly notice any effect.
Only if you plan to spend a bit more on other suspension bits. I never noticed any effect on my 03 WRX when fitted, but now I have AST's and lots of Whiteline goodies, so I'm sure it helps now.

Adjustable 22mm rear ARB plus solid links is what to ask for. There should be 2 types of links, steel and alloy. The alloy are usually twice the price, but the only benefit is that they look prettier
There are 3 settings on the ARB, I recommend the stiffest. Most places fit it on the middle and people rave about how good it is and never adjust it. Why bother with an adjustable
Trust me, try it on the middle, but then spend 5 minutes (that's all it takes) moving it to the stiffest. It's much better still.
