Driving home from work Tuesday eve and I saw a green old shape (ie pre MY2001) Turbo on a 51 plate - guess that means there must still be some old unsold stock hanging about. I would consider buying a new one IF I could find one of these (no offence to all new age owners but I have tried to like it - I just can't!).

Anybody know of any dealers who may have some?

Cheers
Ken

Do a search on http://www.subaru.co.uk/

I was bored a couple of weeks ago and took a look, there are quite a few old shape models on the new plates.

Tony,

Thanks, but looking for a 4 door, any colour except Red (Green or Blue prefered).

Cheers
Ken

P.S. Before I get flooded with people selling there MY99 / 00 cars, I'm really only considering spending top dollar on buying a new, un-registered car. If that doesn't happen then I'll be looking a good low mileage (but much cheaper) MY97 or thereabouts (and probably another import).

:-)

Kenny,

I know you are after 4 door but Tileys have green and red 5 doors with sunroofs for £17,995 on the road. Bargain.

Having previously owned a wagon I would say go for it and forget your prejudices. Its very practical and doesnt have the tinny bootlid. It also has a rear wash wipe (but so does the P1 MartinM is referring to).
