Hi all, HELP¬¬!!!
My bros horn stopped working. (V4 sti import 1997)
Checked wiring behind steering wheel and looks fine.
When i used a multi meter to check.. I pulled off the 2 connectors from the horn touch multi to both and it has continuity without pressing horn. also checked both connectors are ground . whats going on here?
should there be another connector maybe underneath horn where i cant see?!!

Horns are normally switched earth aren't they?

 

Normally ,but we are talking Subaru here ,they are switched earth ,but the switched earth energises the relay
If you know what i mean
