Default when changing the clucth do you need to..

change the flywheel or have it skimed as im having a new clutch and the bloke that is fitting it says he want put a warrenty on the clucth unless i have one of the above done as he says they are **** to worping??

has any one heard of this

i think he is a bit worried about putting a clutch in for you because you may come back complaining about judder a month later. which will be the flywheel not the new clutch he put in for you

all in all what he dont want to do is get paid for the job once, but have to do it twice.

if it was mine i would skim it (but down a fair old way )
