Can anyone please advise me on which wires to connect into for the Defi Gauges, I have all the instructions which say the +12V for illumination etc.

The manual says to connect to:

red - battery
Orange - IGN
White - illumination
Black - GND

White wires did you connect to? There are load of em at the back of the stereo and lamps on the cig lighter and ash tray. I found a red wire on the back of the stereo which is 12V when the ingition is on, so i assume i could connect this to the red wire from the gauges? Im a bit stuck on the others.

Permanent live = red (connection) you should find this live via your hazard switch.

Ign = live (you have just found this wire from your stereo)

illumination = orange ( I used the live wire which feed the ashtray illum buld)

gnd = black (I just connected it to the metal car body)

Get you self a simple tester. It should help you find the correct wires.
