97 dashboard lights

i have a bulb out behind the heater panel above the clock on my 97 impreza. could anyone tell me what needs removed and how you get access to the bulb to change it

LOL, i have the same trouble in mine MY97, but sometimes a *good* tap sorts it

but havn't yet got round to looking at it.
