hi
can someone tell me how to get pop and bangs from the exhaust
using my apexi commander?

On the top row of the ignition map you need to set it to zero and also have a little bit for fuel going in.

you need to go to the settings menu and then go to the ign map iirc

why would you want to do this surely if it was good to do this the mapper would ask you if you wanted it.

Please consider that if you don't know what you're doing with the PFC you can wreak havoc on your map. Do NOT set the entire first row of the ignition map to zero!

I tried following the above thread and it made absolutely no difference what so ever, still did not get any pops or bangs. So just put all the settings back to the way they were.

The pops and bangs are generally down to the ECU having a anti lag facility. I am unsure if you have this facility. Or by pumping the throttle so excess fuel gets in the exhaust, I think, definatly not good for the passengers as the car will be kangarooing down the road.

Turning the duty up on over run usually helps in the production of flames without the need for a ghey sparkplug up you exhaust
