Its hard for me to admit, but the M3 would win in a straight line, But throw in the famous twisties and the 4 wheel drive should give it the edge.

 

Think the beemer would be heavier, may be mistaken like?

Hello everyone I am a little drunk.

Subarus 4wd has advantages on rally courses because most of the race is on crap surfaces like gravel, dirt, and god knows what. In the real world we always race on tarmac (like F1) - 4wd isnt essential for this, therefore hardly certain you will be faster. Especially not against a car like the M3 (designed for tarmac not grit/snow and god knows what).

Its also got **** loads of power.
