The boss of the appropriately named Nutzwerk has introduced thought control at work. Criticism and 'negative thinking' is in the employment contract as a sacking offence.
"If you vant to have fun in your company, and you vant to reach zee big target you have no chance if your employees are alvays angry," she says, leering broadly. "Zey vaste time, and zey vaste zee company's time. Zerefore ve terminate zem!!"
"I don't feel I'm being watched, or observed in the office. I am always like this, I laugh and I like laughing. It's good for your character, happiness is very important." Said one frightened employee very loudly.
"I hope zat ven you leave our company now, you have zee good feeling, ya??" grinned Ramona Wonneberger, as I was saying goodbye. "Remember ve vill be monitering you..."

In the contract of employment which employees CHOOSE to sign, they agree that must also offer a positive suggestion if they choose to complain.

Not a bad idea though really, complaining is a major problem at my work and thats depsite the fact there is a monthly meeting where moans and groans can be spoken about and answered. Too be fair there are often suggestions to go with the complaints but some of them aren't very well thought out.

My point is if you don't like the policy of the company, don't go and work there in the first place. It's not that difficult to understand.

Has anyone heard of Dave Anderson, he is an American businessman turned trainer/presenter/motivational speaker. He set up and ran the most successful and largest Toyota (i think it was Toyota)dealerships in LA. so knows a bit about business
I have had the pleaseure of hearing him speak at two events on pc in the workplace and how it affects business and life in general. It is well worth a listen if you get the chance, also has a good book about this subject.
Main points are that is that he has a problem with PC and how it rewards no achievers in the way it does achievers.
I get to see lots of these life coaches and motivational speakers working in live events but Dave was one that made me sit up and take note.
