Cool. New shape does look good in the flesh. Will this compete with the three series and the Audis? Will have to wait and see.

Leather and a decent stereo (finally), another uk special edition or is this an official car?

Official car i believe, Subaru's attempt at going up-market .
Good luck to them, with the right advertising and their motorsport heritage it might work, but I'm rather pesermistic about it all . I'd rather have a full fat STI or Spec C

exactly what I wanted

but... an extra 1500 quid for stuff I don't want like sat nav
I was hoping it would be cheaper than the sti (cheaper spoiler)

For discreet just get a WRX with PPP and pocket the substantial left over amounts of money.

i agree with sgcooby buy a wrx and put the ppp pack on looks the same and is cheaper

I'd have one tomorrow given the right set of circumstances, but I'll be sticking with my blobeye wrx for now and watching out for low mileage second handers that have already taken the big depreciation hit....

Yes like it, I really hope that it becomes a regular model and not just a limited edition version.
Bet they havn't changed the speakers though !
Think it would be better marketed / easier to market with 18" silver or Anthraite wheels and a simlair sized but different version to the WRX spoiler - just enough to justify the price and aid individuality while keeping lower profile

I would rather have an in-your-face STI (with the pink and gold bits and brig rear wing) than that spec D.

might look the same but an STI a WRX is not ,even with PPP
