i currently have an 04 sti ppp and im looking for a remap hoping to hit 340-350 with headers and a de cat and panel filter. richard bulmer has quoted me this and he did my other scooby and that was bob on, but on the other hand WRC TECH have said headers wont even do anything maybe 3 bhp/3fltb??? anyone shed any light?

Headers will not make much diff at all.

 

Headers get the exhausts gasses to smack the turbo harder ......you just have to have the additional mods to support

I'd stick with the OEM headers and have them ported
