Next sat/sun. I fancy going to have a dig around prodrive and subarus stand but apart from the obvious is there much to go and see? I have never been to this event before but I have been to the motorshow in birmingham. Is it on a similar scale? Better, worse? 25 a ticket and about 25 in petrol so is it worth it?

If you have never been before then I would say you have to go and try it. It is a big show and there is lots to see and do. If you are into motorsport generally then it will take you all day to look around as there are F1, Motorbike and Karting sections as well as rallying. Plus of course lots of stands selling lots of stuff!!

Top tip though is get there early and book your tickets on-line if you can as the queues to get in/buy a ticket on the day can be long.

Ditto all of that, staying in brum thurs night also. Gonna take in a few drinks and end the night in legs 11 (right opposite our hotel!)

Did this last year, was a great day and night's entertainment

 

Don't go Wednesday J, it doesn't start until Thursday.

Normally a good day out, plenty to look at including loads of fake rally cars and F1 cars.

The show is worth going to see too.

You can input one when buying tickets - last year I had buy one get one free !!

 

If you are going to go on Thurs or Fri you will need trade tickets in advance or you wont get in.

I'm going along on the Saturday. Always a good day out and so much to see there. Taking my 8 year old boy with me too, he's car and Scooby mad just like me.

 

You wont get in!!

As the others have said it does not start till Thurs and you need trade registared tickets for Thurs and Friday.

We are going Thursday too much to see and do so may be there Friday as well.

 

Will be going on Saturday. Top day, been there past 3 years now.

My car was meant to be there on a stand, but due to problems hes had to use a BMW 330, if anyone goes look out for the silver BMW with Cameras mounted all over it.

going on sat. never been before but looking forward to it. going to get hold of a new mem card for the camera so i can tak plenty of pics!!!

 

I'll have my SWRT shirt on and my 8 year old lad will have his fleece hoodie on. Might be meeting up with a mate there that is so Subaru mad he's know as Scoob. He might be bringing his little lad along and he's known as Scrappy. Both of them will be in full SWRT gear too.
