Is the Legacy turbo steering rack the same as the Classic Impreza Turbo rack?

Is the Legacy turbo steering rack the same as the Classic Impreza Turbo rack?

As title, need a new one and been offered a Legacy one the seller says there the same.

Can someone clarify.

My car is a MY99 UK Turbo GC8

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?

99% sure it will fit.
