If it goes on sale at 40k its a complete bargain. Pity only a 2 seater though.

If it's running anti-lag there'd better be a shedload of spare turbos included in the price !!

Don't mean to be a killjoy but I'd be mega surprised if that car made it into production. Wouldn't want to warranty a road car with anti-lag either.

Erm - Just noticed the large scoops towards the back... Is that just artistic license or is the bloomin' thing mid-engined??
Front end looks a bit like the latest Cadillacs to me, and the rest looks like a cross between an Astra and a Vantage.
Let's see it turn its wheels in anger, please!

"Prodrive is to launch a unique new road car, the P2......" and "While there are currently no plans to put the car into production......." So which is it then?

Surely it's not illegal per-se, but the usual effects probably are, ie. excessive noise and flamage.
If they've come up with a system that is quieter and less pyrotechnically inclined then they might be onto a winner.
Maybe it's just a showcase for such a patented system? A lot seems to be made of it?
