Vehicle speed sensor - Error 33

Anyone had this one b4.
Cars idling badly and sometimes stalls.
TPS,MAF and lamba replaced so cannot be them.
Any advices re cost and experiences

The reason is because its in limp home with the check light on. 33 is the absence of the speed signal from the Speedo to the ECU. Does the speedo work? Speedo cable snapped?
