Arrow Impreza Nicknames

So what will be the new nickname for the 2006 Impreza? We've got the 'classic' for the 93-01 Impreza, the bug-eyed for the 02-03, and the Blob eye for the 04-05.

And I just notice why doesn't Subaru keep the Impreza model unchanged for 2 years only?

Believe it or not but Subaru designers have actually clocked on to our little 'terms of endearment' and have been bandying the name 'hawk-eye' around so as to discourage people from making up derogatory names for it, for example '**** eye'.

This was already discussed ages ago when Litchfield brought theirs into the country and had an open day with Powerstation.

The official name is Fish-eye (with or without the dash)
This is because the the bulbous section of the headlight rather resembles a fish-eye lens.

(oh and I was the first to come up with that, so it is copyrighted )

Another vote for "Jap's eye"

Or how about "Popeye"?

Surely 'standard' M5 is limited to 155 mph. Easily beaten.

And no doubt you could start with a new Scooby and by the time you'd got it faster than the BM you'd still have spent less than on a standard BM.

Apparently the 155mph restrictions are due to be lifted.....cue aother BHP war in Germany
