what model and year you got? I had a MY00 classic and had a de-cat magnex system on it, that was rather loud! now got a 05WRX and its quiet. i ended up going for the ninja bb from scooby world and the flat four burble is spot on for me. apperently the afterburner vortex is louder if thats your thing. Or you could try blitz. Willsy

I have the Scoobyworld Ninja on my Classic Wagon and it sounds great.

Nice burble on tickover and at cruising speed, but howls when you give it
the loud pedal !!

Very low cabin drone also.

What you need is a Blitz Nur Spec R. That'll give you and your neighbours more burble than you can handle!!!

Another reccomendation for the Scoobyworld Ninja back box from me

AS already said, looks great, sounds fantastic, doesn't annoy you when at crusing speed
and doesn't break the bank

i just got the garage to put on my ninja today and have to admit im very dissppointed with it i bought it deliberatly to pick up the burble and be noiser then my PPP, but the be honest its only slightly louder at idle, doesnt bring out the burble anymore then the ppp. It is a lot louder on full chat, looks amazing, fitted really easily, but i cant just feel dissappointed. May go for a centre section when an ebay bargain appears

Just had a Tsl Firestorm put on ours as was too quite before - and by god you can here it now. at 3,000 revs its roaring. Never new a scooby sounded so nice.

Its bloody Loud and gets louder though - but sounds ansome. Nice and deep and throaty. I think its the best even though the blitz is louder.

If you want the sound and not too loud then Ninja would do it.

But for drastic sound difference go for the tsl or blitz. As they are both F**king loud can here them coming miles away.

at the last meet i attended you could hear a decatted tsl group N system from a lot further away then you could hear the decatted blitz, infact as soon as the bitz got out of sight you couldnt hear it at all. They sound totally different though

shoulda said i have a my00 classic. sounds like the consensus of opinion seems to be the scoobyworld products or the tsl....mmnnnn. everytime i hear another impreza, they sound gorgeous even at town speeds and mine is just so quiet.

will check out s/world and tsl...unfortunately blitz nur spec r outta my price range! bit disappointed by the scorpion really...a mate had one on his fiesta turbo and it sounded real nice...maybe not suited to the scoob but then i was told scorpion make the exhausts for prodrive so would expect more if thats true.

thanks for all the comments guys!

As i first said my original scoob was also a my00 classic and the ninja is awesome, and have one on my new scoob, but yesterday my mate bought an import wrx sti2 555 in silver and he has a full blitz system which is the loudest system i ever heard!!! but the ninja is good because its loud with no loud cabin drone which is good for the kids in the back! lol willsy

Ive not seen one on a scoob but my old one from my R5 turbo (long time ago!!) was about 3'' diameter or 90mm. I would say it will be about that mate. Willsy

TSL full system with Firestorm back box. I dont think i ever had a scooby sat next to mine and not be drowned out by the burble and noise. It seems to be on a whole new level to most. Its pretty hardcore.

Infact its so bad ive had most of my neighbours confront me asking me to calm down using it after 10pm in the evening because no one around us can get any sleep! LOL.

Please dont forget there is a resonator, in the exhaust system which purpose is to quieten things DOWN. simply replace with a straight pipe and will sound much much better.

I could not believe the difference it made to the sound when i took mine off
