Don't know if it's just me but it doesn't seem as though Scooby drivers in Rotherham like to acknowledge each other. In the last month only one other driver has waved back to me. What's going on???

 

I wouldn't worry about it. I found the same when I was up in the York/Scarborough/Whitby triangle not so long ago. Must have seen upward of forty over a five day period and not a single wave. Too tight to wave perhaps?

 

I concur - never recieved a wave or even a smile from a rovrum scooby driver.

But fear not, I'm (hopefully?!!) moving there soon. Then I'll wave as much as possible unless i have to sell my lovely motor

 

Same in Sheffield!

I've had my Scoob 5 months now and not one wave!

Does anyone on here own the black new age stickered up "ADVAN"? that I saw on Bank Holiday Monday at Owler Bar, near Sheffield? That looks tasty! (But you didn't wave!)

 

this is surely not true i av a p1 and live in rotherham i seem to get lots ov waves off scooby drivers but i must say i seem to get more from the classic drivers i'll wave at u mate

 

I find Sheffield pretty good - certain EthanRob and ScoobChrissy!

So far though, only in Bristol have I had 100% success with waves!

 

im from Brighton and get a fair few waves - more from classic drivers than newage i must say!

When i first got my scoob in June and someone waved, i wandered what they were doin!!

I always make the effort to wave now!

Nice to have that commaradary between us all!

 

i dont generally wave at other drivers, except a long time ago, i had a miami blue 205 gti and some blonde bird drove past me in an identical car, she waved and smiled, for her i made an exception. well, it would be rude not too...

 

i wave, even if i'm in the audi !!!
