Who is going to UK Car Tuner Grand Prix?
Separate thread about this in Events forum, but I wondered how many Scoobynetters are planning to go on the 17th of next month?
Apparently there are a number of Scoobs competing, Abbey Motorsports, WRC Tech, Scoobymania, Litchfield Imports Type 25 and others. As a former owner of German cars I am keen to see how our entrants will fare against the likes of the QST Audis, Porsche GT2s etc, Hartge BMWs, plus the Norris Evo.

We need nominations for the 1/4mile club vs event.
Needs to be private car that is not already running as tuner entry.
Also for the Pros there is a £1000 prize for the fastest 1/4mile. Road legal.
Who is already running under 'tuners'?
Who wants to run under the club shootout?

As probably the largest single-model car forum in the country, following one of the most popular tuneable cars around, we ought to be able to drum up a good entry and support for the impreza's that will be running.

What were your last 5 runs? And I think it may be heads up, so are you sharp on the lights?

Bob, Michael Whites is a Private car i believe.
You wont stand a chance against Davids car. It has run 11.3, and is capable of better.
Saw your car at Paul's the other day.

Picked mine up last night...good to be back on the road after so long.
Best 'feel good mod' you can do to your car is not drive it for ages and then its

People should be aware that Donnington has a noise limit of 98db (drive-by).
I know this applies to the track and drift events. Can only assume it applies to the drag events too, although I await confirmation. It may well rule me out as I wont meet the noise limits.

Event organisers have confirmed that the 98db, drive-by limit applies to all the events: Drag, Track, Drift and RWYB.
It rules me out and may rule many others out too.
