Sti Anti Roll Bar question
I've got a 2002 Bug Eye Type UK Sti - what's the score regarding anti-roll bars - does it just have one at the front, or does it have one at the rear too? And if it has one at the rear is it worth keeping or would the infamous White Line adjustable ARB be recommended.
Only had the car 2 months and thinking about a reasonably cheap and insurance friendly mod!

Definately fit the rear, although once you've found the prefered setting on the adjustable you're highly unlikely to adjust it ever again. I have standard springs on an 03 WRX and I find that the firmest setting suits me best, so maybe I could have just fitted a 24mm fixed rate. I'd also definately recommend fitting solid rear droplinks at the same time, whether steel (£35) or alloy (£80) they really help tighten the action of the ARB up.
See how it feels with just the rear done, and then consider whether you need to go further. I know I'd probably like to add a front ARB, links and Anti-Lift kit, but I like flat cornering at high speed

The 2002 car is quite stiff already, I'd change the drop links and ARB as corradoboy and others have quite correctly suggested, leave the front alone as it's quite easy to destroy turn-in if you increase roll resistance at the front.
get the geometry done too, that's maybe the first thing to sort, before the above.
apologies if I haven't read the thread properly or thoroughly
