Angry Micronetshowrooms - Be very careful!!!!!

I made the mistake of ringing up this company to place an order for a Fabia VRS.
They kindly accepted my order and even said that I could have it in graphite grey, although this colour is not available for orders from Skoda UK Ltd.
Excitedly I paid my £500 deposit through PayPal.
I then recieved a Vehicle Agreement form which is their contract that I was supposed to sign and return to them. But as I read through it, I noticed that if I signed it and returned it I would have to agree to them putting up the price of the car if they wanted and also that they could deliver a pre-registered car.
Obviously I was not happy with either of these clauses in their Terms and Conditions and I told them. They said that they would not accept any changes to their T's and C's and so they agreed that the order would not go any further and that they would refund my deposit.
That was 4 weeks ago.
During this time I thought I would do a little investigating

Best to click on these and read them yourselves as I would not like to be done for libel!
Anyway, I have issued a complaint through PayPal against them and I let you know what happens.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this from either Micronetshowrooms or another internet based company?

There are lots of postings about this company on newsgroups (uk.rec.cars.imports). The brothers who run it are disqualified directors (the Loach's)

Anybody who actually usess companies like this thinking they are getting a good deal need their heads looking at and quite frankly I do not have a lot of sympathy for people who are willing to part with £ 20k to some internet selling mickey mouse venture. No such thing as a free lunch comes to mind...
That is why we have to wait until we are all big boys before we can drive, so we have a little bit of common dog about us...

PayPal ruled in my favour and I got my deposit back! Hooray!!
I have asked PayPal to remove any ...@micronetshowrooms accounts from there system. Hopefully this will make it more difficult for them to scam people in the future ir it happens.
Be warned these people are shysters.
