Scoobymania make the best quality full system IMHO as I had it for about 3yrs andf it still looked brand new
For a backbox though i'd have to agree with Hayward & Scott. If you can get one from them you'll pay about £250 and if like me you have a different sized system they'll make you a custom one with 3" pipework which is very LOUD!!! On full throttle my car sounds like a spitfire

If you can't get one from H&S (if you're too far from Essex), a lot of companies sell them under the "Afterburner" label for around £270 - £290 for the backbox. They are all still made by Hayward & Scott but with a higher mark-up on them.

I had a Hayward and Scott (old Scoobysport) on my Bugeye. It sounded great but the fit was a little off, needing the middle hanger bending to stop it knocking on the rear drive shaft. The only part of it that was polished was the tailpipe and there was weld splatter all over the silencer which I ground off.
I now have a "new" Scoobysport box which I bought second hand off here on my Type R. It is a lovely piece of kit to look at and fits superbly.
They both sound excellent though but my recomendation is to buy one second hand for a good bit cheaper than you'd pay new. They are built to last and so you shouldn't have any problems with one.

i changed my blitz nur spec r to a H+S centre and H+S 4.5" back box
and it was louder , , , only problem for me was it was way too 'raspy'
could be to do with my aftermarket headers but i changed the centre to a resonated 1 and it took all the 'harshness' away . . .
but if i had my time again then it would be the nur spec r
and believe me,i've tried a few,lol.
