Others can't help themselves and mention it's a SIAL

Then there are those that launch an attack on the unfortunate SIALORS

What's more annoying then

I've tried that - but search only lets me do 1 every 3 years .

 

Not everybody spends every waking moment on SN so what may be a SIAL so some is new to others, me i have more pressing things to worry about than "oh, is it a SIAL or not"

BTW Someone posted a very similar thread a short while ago, does that make this a SIAL?

I'm not bothered about the SIALORs - when just a URL is posted with no real explanation a post of "That fecking badger thing is so SIAL" saves me from clicking on the link to find out that I have seen it before. It's a bit of a public service IMO.

 

You can bash the SIALORs all you want, but when the original SIAL still remains on page one or two it gets highly annoying

such as SIAH and SQB. There were instances of 3 or 4 threads of the same topic on the same page

 

So far everybody seems to like the SIALORS and nobody likes to bash them.


Maybe this says something about the spelling on this board .

As said above not everyone lives on SN they have busy lives, work, family and may not visit for a week at a time, I know this happens a lot for me, SN is not the be all and end all as it is to some, its a bit of fun, SIAL was funny for a couple of months now its just annoying

So There is nothing worse than some **** who has nothing better to do with his/her time than point out something has been posted before.

Agreed, its sort of ruined the NSR forum now through fear of being SIALed. I remember the good old days when NSR was high quality banter.

As is said not everyone has as much time as these city finance workers to be posting and reading all day long instead of working, eh Tel?

 

It ruins SN even further when people can't be arsed to read past the top 5 threads. ...how many times was the crappy quad bike posted???

The lazy duckers deserve to get SIAL'd

I'll tell you what's annoying about SIAL.

I've occasionally used the term SIAL in real life to actual people. Having to explain that I'm a sad dweeb with no life, no that's annoying.

 

That is sad.
