Autoglym Glass Polish(not Fast Glass) works very well and doesn't smear. Use sparingly though as it dries to a haze so may dust slightly. Also great on the exterior glass.

Never mind the inside, what can u use on the exterior 2 stop those horrendous squeaky wipers?
What the hell do Subaru plaster the windsceen with?
Forester XT was just as bad as new STi, weeks of torture leading 2 increasing paranoia at going out if it rained as noise makes u want 2 go out & seriously harm small furry animals!
Just about got rid of it & then 10k service, yippee, they slapped the stuff back on again!
Have had approx. 12 cars in last 3 yrs (6 of them new) & only the scoobys have had this problem!

Totally agree with this! I use the polish first, then fininsh off with the fast glass and some plain kitchen towel. The glass polish is ace, but as above does dust up a bit, that is the only annoying thing with it.
