Cool What 1 mod to your Scooby are you most pleased with/generated the biggest improvement

Hi all.

As the title asks! Thought it might be interesting to get some information on what one modification you've made to your Scoobies that has resulted in the biggest improvement, greatest smile per pound/bang for buck, biggest surprise etc....

I'll be interested to see if people go for engine, chassis, brakes or styling as their best modification.

All the best,

NS04

Whiteline front/rear ARBs, alloy droplinks, anti-lift kit, bumpsteer mod and 4 wheel geometry setup.

Dunno if that counts as 1 mod, but I had it all done at the same time as a complementing package and it cost about £600. Totally transformed the car, far more noticable an effect than say the de-cat or Tek3 (which were both good BTW).

Geometry with bumpsteer mod at Powerstation.

Eibachs and adjustable 22mm rear ARB made a big difference too but not to the extent of the geo/bs. This could be due to my original geometry being totally though.

Decat downpipe. The noise as the turbo spools up and winds down again when you change gear is addictive, especially around built up areas in low revs. I no longer listen to the stereo and have the window open even when it rains

Goodridge stainless brake hoses were a massive improvement, no more sinking spongy pedal, much more reassuring
