They arent body kits though are they? I dont think that youve read the title. And I dont think that its acceptable to call me names with an By being boring do you mean am I sick of the idiots that I constantly have to deal with selling Imprezas; who want to make them look like the stupid Corsas and Saxos that everyone is familair with? Then maybe I am. The value of you car and the way that it is regarded is affected by the ***** that do this, so when I see a post from someone who would like to buy an Impreza and who dreams of this it pisses me right off What next; stupid f*cking questions about VTA dump valves and induction kits? Im sick of it.

Sti skirts, spoilers, scoops, lights, etc etc, are also body kits.

Who made you god anyhow? if you dont like what the guy has in mind, dont read it! simple, you`ll not be so stressed for a start.

Excuse me why don't you. Who are you to fukcing come in here bullying someone into having a car that 'you' think is ok? It's not about fukcing YOU is it?

You're sick to death of ***** that like to personalise their car? Well, I'm sick to death of bullies like you thinking you're all that! To55er... (and I won't decorate that with a smiley). If you don't like what people do to their Imprezas, go get a Reliant Robin and stay at home with your pipe and slippers.

And who are you to censor my opinion? Despite your critisism of me both of your posts are full of personal insults; youll notice that my post contained an opinion and no more. Were you just looking to start an arguement?

I will leave you to talk to Rizzy; youre alike. He was desperate to kick off with someone the other evening that he turned on me when I stuck up for him; asking the people taunting him from MLR to leave.

Goodnight

Thumbs up

Hey! i like the body kits mentioned, and the advice lol...thank god i asked! haha

thanks soulgirl for helping me out, cheers *thumbs up* (also v5 man) but none of this surprises me, people like to be very narrow minded! if everyone liked the same thing the world would be a very sad place! i like to personalise my car but not to the extream, i like to keep the orginal look but at the same time make it 'mine' i personally i think its very rewarding and done right can look great! its cool to be diffrent, ur noticed and more importantly remembered!

im after a kit thats known for fitting very well and which looks really good, we all know theres kits out there that make a car look cack, and other that compliment its already gorgeous looks!!

im not sure which year WRX i want, can someone give me a break down of any revisions made. it also would be handy to have peoples opinions on the better years! i would be looking to spend 12-14k max...wheres the place to go for an import?

This one is just for GC8 and those who hate body kits, car customization, show cars, and showing off

Personally apart from the spoiler i think this is awesome. In a normal colour like silver it would have serious road presense and its been built keeping lines following through.

Hence the price tag and the limited numbers made!

Its funny because the fitting cost on that is more than the kit ***I work along side my mates body shop, we churn out over 15 magazine featured cars a year*** SO i might be trying that with my STI soon

I think your right, one flat colour will look better, i gonna keep bonnet same colour just so its WIDE WIDE.

These sites for parts and kits:

If its a Classic that youre looking for then the answer to your questions may well be here. They havent completed the 'New Age' vehicles article yet.

Most of the cars sold by 'importers' come from docks auctions and theyre usually the poorer vehicles from Japanese auctions. As an importer the advice that Id give is go to a company like New Era. I havent ever dealt with them myself but I havent heard a credible bad story about them. If its a 1997 onwards car make sure that you can hire a Model Report for any model before committing to it; an STI5 Type-R might be attractive but itll be a b*stard to register. For newer and slightly exotic Scoobies Id consider Iain Litchfield; whether he would be able to get you say, a JDM 2002 STI or not I dont know but Im sure he could come by a used Spec C.

Please dont make your car look like a pimped-up 1200cc Corsa!

the purple example looks great untill you get the the rear IMO, shame about the exhaust and the 'corsa' like rear bumper....i like a loud grumble but much preffer a big Jap single exit e.g the nur spec rather than custom jobs like that, i think this lookmay be what GC8 is reffering too? that said i deff appreciate the work gone into it!

Instead of using the Quick Reply window, hit the Advanced link

Or.... get EmotiPad

There is a guy on here who just put a Veilside bodykit on his car - fairly expensive but a meaty looking one. Just Google the name and you will find companies that sell it. Or do a search here for the same name and it should pop up

As for Imports, I bought mine from a man called Chris Jones - he is a user on here actually. Username is wrrjones.

Look forward to seeing pics of what you finally decide to buy
