Hi
Gruppe-s in the USA will supply one for $800 delivered to the UK. Thats a little over £400. I doubt anybody in the UK can get near that.

Sorry I meant to type £750 and I dont think it was inc the dreaded VAT. I have an email from gruppe-s saying they will supply to the UK for $800, for a brand new turbo- they are just too expensive in the UK.

Still want a bolt-on that can make 370-400 crank bhp with little lag,i don't really want to wait till 4krpm.Got my concerns that the pe1818f will be too laggy and that the vf34 with 20 housing won't shift enough air for more than 370bhp?
BVM, are you based in the uk?

Do you know if the pe1818f is based on the vf34? I know the specs are similar other than the compressor Inducer,Exducer which is larger. The turbo is sometimes rated at 350 crank hp and sometimes 410hp?What i really want to know is how much more laggier is the pe1818 is than the vf34 and how much more power it can produce, but only andy tang seems to have run this turbo in the uk.
The VF34 is rated to be good up to 375hp, the PE1818F is up to 420. PE is suppose to be at full boost BY 4k rpm. Obviously the bigger the turbo, the more lag you will get.
Power Enterprise PE 1818 Turbo
The PE 1818 Turbo is a high-performance turbo developed by Power Enterprise. This turbo uses IHI turbine & compressor housings and incorporates PE's custom twin-ball bearing center cartridge. This design allows the turbo to be capable of over 410+ HP (~340+whp). The PE1818 is a much more streetable turbo than the PE1820 as it features a smaller turbine housing than the PE1820. This smaller turbine housing decreases boost lag, where full boost is possible (depending on modifications and tuning) at around 4000rpm. This turbo is an excellent choice for customers who are seeking a high power turbo, but who are interested in retaining streetability and are not planning to run high boost pressures (21+ psi). This turbo is a direct bolt-on for all GC8, GDA, GDB EJ20 turbo engines.
**A properly setup fuel and engine management system is required to maximize the power output of this turbo.
