Can someone provide me with the contact details of "customer complaints" at Subaru UK.

I want to contact them regarding a problem with my air con that two dealers have now said won't come under warranty (only had it 10 months). Basically it appears a stone has got sucked in and pierced the condenser. I have been quoted £500 to repair!

When I first mentioned it on here a few months ago, a couple of others complained of a similar issue.

Basically, I want to go to Subaru directly on the basis that this could possible be a design fault as to where the condenser is located.

Failing the first reply, go straight to the top if you're really naffed off.It seems the only way to get a decent response from most companies, these days.

I had a complaint a few months back and wrote to Mr Ed Swatman (MD at Subaru UK), and had a personal reply within two days.
