Default how many miles for £20!

I was just wondering how many miles do you guys and girls get for £20
also do you do motorway or town driving or a mix of the 2.
I get about 160 miles out of 20 quid, this is with a mix of town and motorway.
does this mean i am driving like a fanny or just very smooth

By the way should add i have got a my04 wrx with no mods

how much do you pay a litre, or how many litres/gallons do you get for you £20 ?

assuming £20 is say 5.5 gallons then 110 miles ish

04 WRX PPP 300 miles = 40 quid driven hard useing shell optimax only at 84 p a litre (letchworth garge)

i do 140 miles a day 5 days a week on the following road circuit to work

wicked counrty twistys for 18 miles to junc 12 of M11 then M11 for 30 miles to M25 then 22 miles on the M25

then back home !

Cost a fortune, but at least my day starts and fininshes well

So to answer ya question mate - 20pounds equals 150 miles on the above driving conditions

worst ive had was 260 full to orange and best was 320 miles ! full to 20 miles within orange !

35 quid used to get me 170-200miles on a 1994RA..

Soooo...

5.71 per pound.. so 20 pounds used to get me 114 miles max best
97 miles worst.

Cheers

On an MY01 WRX, no mods...

Best ever: 180mls (just after I bought the car, once only!)
Worst so far: 120mls (quickly on country lanes)
Normal daily stuff about 150mls, that's mostly short runs. Or about 160-170 on motorways.
At this time of year doing shorter runs from cold and warming car up/defrosting does bad things for range. There is noticeable drag until about 7-8 miles covered - guess this must be the diff oil warming up? (the water temp is normal after only a few mins)

MY96 JDM WRX Auto Wagon with big bore exhaust and lead in right shoe...90-110 miles for £20 of Optimax.

Would get better consumption, but enjoy the kickdown of the auto box too much.

Try an auto..it will open your eyes, not a pipe and slipper car that most people think it is.

£20 gives me about 200km (Mk1 JDM) on Optimax @ about 86.9p/litre. Mix of town and motorway, driving like a fanny and giving it some. So i'm not doing bad. I run an Apexi PFC but i used to get about the same on the OEM ecu too.

Tony.

93 WRX, fully decatted.

Mostly town and the odd burst here and there, I get about 100-120 miles on £20. This week though I've got only 100 miles out of £25 :c)

I've also noticed that I definately get more mpg using esso sl rather than optimax, dont know why but there's a huge difference.
