F*cking cheek!

No, I'm not selling - suggestions to discourage this guy from stealing photos again?

Andy; Id suggest emailing eBay and demanding that they remove your copyrighted photographs from their site immediately. Im sure that this will work; and **** on the chancer's chips too.

Have done already - interestingly, ebay's form has fields for the item no. being reported, the item no. from which the pics have been taken, and a description of what's been stolen. The thought that people may have stolen pics from places other than ebay doesn't seem to have crossed their minds

That was my first reaction too

Someone (from here?) has asked him about the pics since last night and, oddly, he's made his reply public:

Q: Hi, a few questions.... Who imported the car? Why are you selling so soon? Has the car any extras fitted (eg stereo etc)? Answered on 20-Dec-04
A: The car was imported by ME!!. I am selling so soon because I am after making money hence the reason for buying. The car has CD unit fitted.
Q: Did you nick the pics from Scoobynet by any chance? http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=375375 Can you send me some of *your* car please? Cheers Answered on 20-Dec-04
A: Hi I have been collared I see. Unfortubately my Digicam is broke and I needed pics that were the same as mine, these pics were available on scooby net so i borrowed them. The next best thing I can offer to pics is viewing i am sure you will appreciate it in real life. that is if you are not a dreamer/timewaster. cheers
Funny that, to the best of my knowledge, the only model report for the '05 STI is owned by Litchfields... also he's made it 'pre-approved bidders only' which is a shame.

Maybe he doesn't want to steal it until it's sold

Those were my questions Andy, I told Mr Parmin Ghuman that I thought the ad was a fake and he sent me a rather rude reply!!

He's apparently buying a S203 and is fed up with his 1,000 mile STi already
Yeah right...

Ooh, do send me a PM

Cruise control is actually fitted to the US car, though I can't help but think they've missed the point somehow

Talking

Name doesn't ring any bells. I can usually remember who's bought a S203

OK, this is one of his replies to my e-mails when I said that I thought his vague answers combined with the "borrowed pics" from E-bay sounded dodgy.

"HELLO

FIRSTLY I DIDNT ASK FOR YOUR OPINION OR GUT INSTINCTS OK!!!!!!!!

AS I MENTIONED TO U IN MY EARLIER EMAIL U AREEITHER A TIMEWASTER OR DREAMER.

ANYONE WITH ANY SENSE MAKESOBSERVATIONS BASED ON WHAT THEY SEE WHEN BUYING A CAR SINCE YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE CAR AND HAVE MERELY ASKED QUESTIONS WHICH REVEAL LITTLE ABOUT THE CAR U ARE IN NO POSITION TO FORM OPINIONS ONWHAT IS DODGY OR NOT.

FURTHERMORE I DONT NEED YOUR ADVICE ON WHERE TO ADVERTISE MY CAR PAL SINCE I AMFULLY AWARE OF THE RESOURCES AND MEDIUMS AVAILABLE TO ME.

HAPPY DREAMING AND A MERRY CHRISTMAS

Don't know why he repeated himself twice, what a joker.

It would also seem that the guy has a mathematics problem as he is advertising a 5 door car, yet he chooses a picture of a 4 door saloon?
So is it a sportswagon or a 4door hes flogging?

Cool Bells ringing

I recall a thread a while back where some guy was selling a 22B that he had 'ragged the @rse off', he stated it wasn't a 'real' enough car and then accused everyone who questioned it of being dreamers, oh yeah HE LIKED THE CAPS LOCK OPTION ALSO.

Is this for sale in the midlands by any chance?

Staffordshire apparently..

I asked him where he bought it from and his reply was "Japan", no other info mentioned, that is the reason I started to doubt his sale.
