Question

I'm thinking of fitting the latest spec bonnet vents to my silver MY94 WRX. Does anyone know if they will fit OK and if so - does anyone know where I can get some from?

Cheers

I think the bonnet of your car is flatter than the post 98 car which have two creases which pass through the bonnet vents. Check it yourself.

Question

So is just a straight swap then? Presumably they are the same size and you can just remove the old ones and put in the newer more substantial items?

Also has anyone removed the black covers that sit under the vents and does it make a difference to running temps? Or do you just end up with a wet battery/airbox every time it rains?

I don't know questions, questions

re: removing the black covers.
I'm sure I read about someone doing this on an earlier thread. I think he said the only difference was wet bits under the bonnet!

Thumbs down

there was a dutch guy making 22b bonnet vents and lamp covers that were excellent which were advertised on the BBs under new products but unfortunately the product section has been terminated.
